Boys & Girls Club provides a positive place Lowell's youth.

The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell has a storied history that is almost as deep as the Boys Club Organization. Lowell’s Boys Club was originally founded in 1906 as an affiliate of the Federated Boys Clubs, whose aim was to “inspire and enable all young people from disadvantaged circumstances to realize their full potential as productive responsible and caring citizens.

Today, the LBGC is one of the leading organizations in the region that offers a rich variety of programs for youth in Lowell, Massachusetts. Programs have been established to build leadership skills, give educational and career development, foster the arts, offer health and life skills, teach about sports fitness, nutrition, and recreation, while instilling character and positive values. The Club offers counseling, leadership programs, summer camps, after school care and supervision, as well as a variety of other community activities.

The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell is open Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. The Club is also open from 2:00 am to 6:00 pm during school holidays and vacations.
