The city of Lowell, Massachusetts provides its residents with two comprehensive hazardous waste collection events each year, one in the Spring, and one in the Fall. The Spring Household Hazardous Waste Day will be held at the Cawley Stadium parking lot (enter from Douglas Road only) on May 22, 2010.
