Once an Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) is fitted, a common question is “can I take exercise, and if so, how much and what sort?”. Physical activity and exercise play a substantial role in enabling patients with an ICD to take control of their condition. Learn all about this on September 20th from 6:00-8:00pm in Lowell General Hospital’s Clark Auditorium.

Join the ICD Support Group for this FREE event which will focus on providing information for people with an ICD about how to exercise and participate in physical activity. There will also be a question and answer session. This event is intended for patients and their significant others who are living with an ICD in the Greater Lowell area.

A buffet dinner will be provided.
