Lowell Film Collaborative presents a screening of the acclaimed Independent Lens documentary China Blue, in partnership with UMass Lowell Department of Regional Economic & Social Development and Middlesex Community College. Provocative, poignant, at times difficult to watch, the film reveals the heartbreaking truth behind the clothes we wear and the young people forced into labor to make these global products.

For this event, LFC will welcome UMass Lowell Professor Emerits Jean Pyle, who will lead a discussion following the film — all are welcomed to stay for the discussion as well as a post-film reception (refreshments provided!)
