The Greater Lowell YMCA has announced that their Summer Boot Camp will take place this summer beginning on June 8, 2010 and running every Tuesday and Thursday evening through July 29th.  Outdoor workouts will be held rain or shine at the South Common Park in Lowell, Massachusetts at 6:30 pm.

This fast paced, action packed, high energy class combines sport drills with resistance training. This class requires no previous training and will change beginners as well as push even the most advanced. The class includes flexibility, plyometrics, abdominals, agility training, core strengthening, short distance jogging, sprints, and overall conditioning!
