In conjunction with the 2010 Lowell Quilt Festival this year a live auction of more than thirty (30) antique and contemporary quilts will be auctioned off on Friday, August 13, 6-8 pm, to benefit the programs and exhibitions of the New England Quilt Museum. The Auction will be held at the Merrimack Repertory Theater, conveniently located adjacent to the Images Show at Lowell Memorial Auditorium, at 50 East Merrimack Street.

A $15 donation to the Museum gets you a bidding number. Noted quilt collector, historian and author Gerald Roy will share his knowledge of antique quilts as he emcees the event.
