Merrimack River Watershed Council needs office space.

Merrimack River Watershed Council is looking for office space in the Greater Lowell area

Merrimack River Watershed Council offices are currently located on the campus of UMass Lowell, and they have been requested to vacate their space for reuse by the University in a few short weeks.

As a non-profit organization, MRWC is currently searching for a Lowell area low-or-no rent arrangement (approx. 1,300 sq.ft., or less if shared space) in order to accommodate the UML work-study students and interns that they support.

One of many benefits of offices on the UML campus was access to resources, particularly its interns and work study students. As a non-profit with limited resources, this benefit is part of what allows the organization to do so much with so little.

Here are a few needs:

  • Low -or- no rent arrangement
  • Low relocation costs
  • 1300 square feet (approximately)
  • 750 square feet in a shared arrangement
  • (e.g. common areas, conference room, break/storage rooms)

Tax Deduction

Donated space (all or partial) or a highly reduced rent can be a tax deduction. All public/governmental, corporate, or educational space will be considered.
