The City of Lowell, Massachusetts’ Office of Economic Development is sponsoring a Small Business Fair on April 29th, 2008 in the retail space of the Edward J. Early, Jr. Parking Garage, 135 Middlesex Street in Lowell. This is a good opportunity for small business owners to meet with some of the city’s Economic Development partners to learn some tips to running a successful small business. Additionally, the Lowell Small Business Assistance Center offers year-round advice and education opportunities for small business owners in Lowell. Their office is located at 88 Middle Street (on the campus of Middlesex Community College), and they are opened from Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm.
