Pollard Memorial Library is the public library in Lowell.

Pollard Memorial Library (PML) is the public library for the city of Lowell, Massachusetts. PML has thousands of reference books, online reference materials, videos, periodicals, newspapers, fiction and non-fiction books. Residents of Lowell may borrow many library materials if they have a library card, which can be obtained at the library. Pollard Memorial Library is a member of the Merrimack Valley Library Consortium, which allows city residents to access materials from 35 libraries in the region.

Pollard hosts many events for people of all ages, many of which can be found on the Lowell.com calendar. Students of all ages are welcome in the library, and Reference Librarians are available to assist with research.
