Dan Sullivan is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He currently works at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and he provides reports about the local real estate market for Lowell.com.

Dan was born and raised in Lowell Massachusetts. He is married to Kathleen Sullivan, also a Realtor and team member. He has three adult children. Dan holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree and is a retired police sergeant. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors®, Northeast Association of Realtors®, and an alternate National Association of Realtors® Director. 

Dan was the 2007 President of NEAR, 2008 Regional Vice President of Massachusetts Association of Realtors ®,  Realtor ® of the Year 2008 for the Northeast Association of Realtors ® , and a graduate of the Leadership Academies at the  Massachusetts Association of Realtors ® (2006) and the National Association of Realtors ® (2009).
