Sampas Pavillion is an outdoor concert and event venue located along the Merrimack River in Lowell, Massachusetts, in the Pawtucketville neighborhood. Sampas Pavillion is part of the Lowell Heritage State Park. Sampas is used by a number of organizations for annual events held in Lowell, including the African Festival, Southeast Asian Water Festival, and Merrimack Valley’s fireworks show on the Fourth of July.
Sampas Pavillion has a small parking lot, but more parking is usually available along the street leading to the park. During larger events, shuttle buses may be used to transport event goers.
