In a few words tell us about your job
My role is to provide great customer service! I’m here to understand our customer’s circumstances and help them to become debt free as quick as possible with a suitable repayment plan. I’m also trained in other areas as well to deal with more vulnerable customers who may be going through difficult situations and this helps me provide the best customer service!
What initially attracted you to joining Lowell Group?
I was looking for a customer service role within a company that offers a lot of career progression and Lowell fit that down to a tee. I can honestly say that you get so much support here to progress and develop your skills and that is one of the main reasons why I am here.
What has been your career highlight so far at Lowell Group?
I was given the responsibility of leading our welcome evenings with two other more experienced staff members. I was offered this responsibility in recognition of my hard work and success within the company as a fairly new starter. I really enjoy this role as it gives me the opportunity to give our new starters a warm welcome and ease them into the role.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
I get a sense of pride and satisfaction from my role in helping customers become debt free and setting up suitable payment plans which are tailored around them. I also love the environment at work along with the colleagues I work with, which I think this plays an important role in work life satisfaction. Finally I find my colleagues very encouraging which helps push me towards my next target, it’s really nice to be in such a supportive environment!
