When did you join Lowell?
It was July 2018- time has flown by!

In a few word tell us about your job?
I am a strategic advisor and the voice of our customer. In my role, I lead our customer experience measurement programme. This helps us to understand how we can deliver an even better customer experience than we do now. It also lets our agents understand what they’re doing well and what things they can improve on.

What initially attracted you to join Lowell group?
In all honesty, after I Googled the business I wasn’t too sure- but looking back that was silly to trust the internet. From my interview to starting with Lowell, I have fallen in love with the culture and customer focus that we are always striving for.

What has been your career highlight so far at Lowell group?
The platform Lowell has given me is fantastic! I have been in front of some very senior people within the business, sharing projects, general meet-and-greets, and presenting my work. I have even been given the opportunity to organise a regular session on customer experience to our top leadership in the UK. I don’t think any of my previous employers would have empowered me to do this!

What do you enjoy the most about your job?
People, people, people! I have met the most friendly, passionate, talented and visionary colleagues!

I have also been able to bring some great people in to my team. I have found some hidden gems along the way and it is a privilege to be able to work with such talented people - it is the most rewarding part of what I do!
