Our mission - to make credit work better for all

We play an important role in the credit cycle. Economies rely on the cycle of credit to function. While not a lender, we help ensure that this cycle continues to work. Our mission drives us to make a positive difference by working with our partners to improve financial education and to prevent people falling into debt.

How we help the credit cycle

    Unlocking people from debt
    • We help people free themselves from debt and regain control of their finances
    Helping people re-join the economy
    • Freedom from debt means people can regain full access to credit
    Strengthening business liquidity
    • Recovering money tied up in debt enables businesses to improve their liquidity
    Supporting investment
    • Businesses can invest more to stimulate economic growth

    Our four focus areas

Our supportive and personalised approach to sustainability enables debt resolution for all our customers. We do this by building a positive understanding of our sector to help improve wider consumer outcomes and setting the highest ethical standards for ourselves, putting people first to build a stronger business and fairer society, and acting for the long term through our responsible business foundations.
